Butter Croissant

The Almond Croissant at Crema House is our butter croissant filled with almond cream, topped with sliced almonds and dusted with sugar. It is the richest and sweetest of our croissants. It contains almonds, so it is not a nut-free pastry. Baked each morning in Ottawa, one croissant is a single, filling serving.

Savory Danish at Crema House is flaky, butter-laminated pastry baked around a filling that is not sweet, made each morning in Ottawa. We bake four kinds: Spinach and Feta, Margherita, Perogy Potato cheddar, and Leek and Parm. One Danish makes a light breakfast or a quick lunch, warm or at room temperature.
